Results can be wrong
The AI tools (background remover, image to text and speech to text) use machine-learning models. They can make mistakes: cut-outs can miss edges, OCR can misread words, and transcripts can mishear names, numbers and languages. Always check results before you rely on them, share them or publish them.

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. The data tools help you look at your own files. Decisions you make from the results are your own.
Not for official or legal records
The tools must not be used to create or change documents, IDs, certificates, records or evidence. A file processed here is not proof that anything is genuine, and an AI-edited image is not a true record of what happened. Background-remover images carry a metadata note saying they were edited with an AI tool.
Safety checks are not perfect
Images and text are checked on your device to prevent misuse. These checks use automated models, so they can occasionally block harmless content or miss harmful content. A file passing the check does not mean it is lawful or appropriate to use.
If you are being threatened
If someone has sent you threats or harassment, keep the original messages, screenshots or recordings as evidence. In India you can report cybercrime at cybercrime.gov.in or by calling 1930. In an emergency, call 112.
Names and trademarks
Names such as Excel, PDF, Parquet, Whisper, DuckDB and Hugging Face are used only to describe what the tools work with or are built on. They belong to their owners. VaultCloud AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.
Third-party models and code
The tools rely on open-source models and libraries delivered by third parties, each under its own licence. We don't control those services and can't guarantee they will always be available. See the open-source credits.
