These terms keep the tools free, private and safe for everyone. By using the site, you agree to them.

1. About these tools
VaultCloud AI ("we", "us") provides free tools that run inside your web browser. There is no account to create. Your files are processed on your own device, as described in the privacy policy.
2. Using the tools responsibly
You may use the tools for any lawful personal or work purpose. You must not use them, or anything they produce, to:
- create, alter or forge documents, identity cards, certificates, receipts, signatures or any record meant to be relied on by others;
- impersonate a person or organisation, or mislead anyone about what is real;
- process sexual or explicit material, or any material involving a minor in a sexual or harmful way;
- process material that shows or promotes violence, or that threatens, harasses, bullies or intimidates anyone;
- promote hatred against people because of who they are;
- edit or transcribe images or recordings of people without the right to do so, including recordings made without the consent the law requires;
- infringe copyright or other rights, or remove information that identifies an owner or creator;
- commit fraud or any other unlawful act.
Please only use files you own or have permission to use.
3. Safety checks
To support these rules, the tools check images for explicit or violent content and check text they produce for threats and hateful language. The checks run on your device and nothing is reported. A check may occasionally block something harmless or miss something it should catch. If a harmless file is blocked, please try a different one. You must not try to get around the checks.
4. Your files and results
Your files and the results you create remain yours. We don't receive them and claim no rights over them. You are responsible for having the rights to the files you use and for how you use the results.
Images edited with the background remover include a note in their file metadata saying they were edited with an AI tool. Please don't remove it to mislead anyone.
5. AI and automated results
Some tools use AI models. Their output can be wrong, incomplete or biased. Check results before relying on them, especially transcripts, extracted text and anything you share or publish. See the disclaimer.
6. Open-source components
The tools are built on open-source software and models, each under its own licence, listed on the about page. Those licences apply to the components themselves.
7. No warranty
The tools are provided free, "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties of any kind, including that the tools will be accurate, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose. Keep your own copies of important files.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or the results it produces, including lost data, lost profits or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes and availability
We may change, add or remove tools, or update these terms. When we update the terms, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated terms.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
11. Reporting misuse
If you see the tools being misused, or have a legal notice, email abuse@vaultcloudai.com.
