Privacy policy
The short version: your files never reach us. Every tool runs inside your browser.

- Files you open in a tool are processed on your device and are not uploaded to us or anyone else.
- There are no accounts, no ads, no tracking cookies and no analytics scripts.
- Safety checks on images and text also run on your device. Their results are not sent anywhere.
- We only receive personal information if you email us.
Your files
When you open a file in a VaultCloud AI tool, your browser reads it into the memory of that tab and processes it there. The result is created in the tab and saved directly to your device. We don't operate any server that receives, stores or looks at your files, images, recordings, documents or data.
You can check this yourself: after a tool has loaded, switch off your internet connection. The tool keeps working because it doesn't need a server to handle your file.
What gets downloaded, and from where
To run the tools, your browser downloads code and AI models. These services see a normal web request from your device (such as your IP address and browser type), but never your files:

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. Models and engines are downloaded once and then cached by your browser.
What is stored on your device
- Your theme choice (light or dark) and that you accepted the terms of use, in your browser's local storage.
- Cached models and engines, in your browser's cache, so tools start faster next time.
- A file you drop on the home page is held briefly in your browser's own storage so the tool you pick can open it. It is deleted as soon as the tool reads it.
You can clear all of this at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.
Safety checks
To prevent misuse, images are checked for explicit or violent content, and text produced by our tools is checked for threats and hateful language. These checks run on your device using open-source models. If something is blocked, that result stays in your browser. We don't receive, log or report it.
If you email us
If you write to abuse@vaultcloudai.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to read and respond to your report or request, and keep it only as long as needed for that. Ask us in the same way and we'll delete it.
Children
This site is not designed for children. We don't knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If how the site handles data changes, for example if we add privacy-friendly visitor statistics, we'll update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
